Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce presents Wisconsin Update: State Finance and the Economy
With Wisconsin soon to elect a governor and legislature, candidates and voters alike are already discussing the fiscal health of the state and its economy. That focus will only sharpen after the election as a new state budget must be developed. In a stop-and-start economy, what does this mean for tax revenues and spending decisions made as part of next spring's 2015 - 2017 biennial budget process?
Todd Berry has been President of the Taxpayers Alliance (WISTAX) since 1994. Now in its 82nd year, WISTAX is privately funded and widely respected nonpartisan organization dedicated to improving government through public policy research and citizen education.
