Wellington Place at Biron Earns Deficiency-Free Survey
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. — Wellington Place at Biron has earned a deficiency-free state survey, meaning no deficiencies were identified during the state's review of the assisted living and memory care community's operations, resident care, safety practices and regulatory compliance.
The state survey evaluates assisted living communities on a range of standards, including resident care, medication management, staff training and safety procedures.
“This recognition really belongs to our entire team," Oaks said. "They work hard every day to make Wellington Place a place where residents feel safe, care for and at home. Earning a deficiency-free survey is very important to us because it demonstrates our commitment to high standards and it gives families confidence in the care their loved ones receive here."
A deficiency-free survey is an important indicator of a community's commitment to quality care and regulatory compliance. Assisted living facilities are surveyed by the state of Wisconsin approximately every 2 years. State survey results for Wisconsin assisted living communities are publicly available through the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Provider Search website.
Wellington Place at Biron provides assisted living and memory care services for seniors in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
