Brief Presentation Description: Now, more than ever, we need bold and brave leaders. We all look forward to the New Year with renewed energy and hopes for a successful and meaningful 2022. And just like our New Year's Resolutions, sometimes we need a little encouragement and guidance to make it stick. Brooke Sena and Chuck Price, of Blue Collar Consulting, will guide us through 10 things that we can start on right now that will give us the support to be bold and brave leaders throughout the New Year.

Chuck Price is the co-founder/owner of Blue Collar Consulting where he is providing independent consulting in the area of Human Service leadership, trauma-informed organizational culture, workforce well-being, and professional leadership coaching. Chuck was the past Director of Waupaca County Department of Health and Human Services. For 8 years he had led his department on a successful and transformational journey in becoming a Trauma-Informed agency. Focusing on employee secondary traumatic stress, burnout, and compassion satisfaction. The approach had shown success in recruitment and retention, overall agency health and well-being, and incredible outcomes for those the department served. Chuck was also the Past President of the Wisconsin County Human Service Association (WCHSA), where, as President, he led the association through an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) process focused on the Association’s infrastructure, as well as leadership development for Directors statewide. Chuck has 28 years of experience working with children and families. He has served in leadership roles within both urban and rural settings, which has provided great perspective in the work.
Brooke Sena is a business psychology expert. She is an accomplished businesswoman, professional coach, and licensed psychotherapist that is driven by helping others to reach their potential. She takes pride in providing the best consulting services possible to individuals looking to reach their potential. Brooke is passionate and resolute and is highly skilled at motivating others to establish a strong vision for their life. Her professional mission is to inspire her clients to develop fierce honesty, authenticity, and courage so that they may become the best versions of themselves. With over 20 years of extensive experience in both business and psychology fields, Brooke is one of those rare individuals who can integrate business complexities with interpersonal factors to motivate others toward greatness.
Her authentic and bold leadership qualities have allowed her to develop a professional coaching style that is both supportive and effective. Brooke specializes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space to allow others to explore themselves deeply. By use of a strength-based and mindfulness approach to consulting, she works to develop specific and attainable goals to facilitate change and growth. An agency?s success depends on the motivation, energy, passion, performance, and results of its staff. Brooke believes that every effort must be made to ensure that each person is reaching their full potential.
