Delis Counseling Group is hiring an LPC and/or LPC-IT to join our growing in-person mental health practice in Wisconsin Rapids. We are looking for a clinician who is grounded, reliable, compassionate, and comfortable providing therapy that is honest, useful, and real.
Our practice serves adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and everyday overwhelm. We are especially interested in clinicians who value practical therapy, authenticity, inclusivity, and strong clinical boundaries.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy services to clients in person at our Wisconsin Rapids office.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain ethical and legal standards of care.
Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and the practice owner.
For LPC-IT candidates, participate in regular clinical supervision.
Qualifications
Current Wisconsin LPC license or LPC-IT license.
Master’s degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a related field.
Ability to work independently while also being part of a small, supportive practice.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Interest in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, burnout, and relationship issues.
Preferred
Evening and/or Friday availability.
Interest in in-person community-based mental health care.
Experience with adolescents, adults, couples, trauma, ADHD, or anxiety.
A practical, direct, down-to-earth clinical style.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on licensure, caseload, and experience. LPC-IT clinicians receive supervision as part of employment.
