We’re busy, we’re growing, and we need another therapist.

Delis Counseling Group is looking for an LPC or LPC-IT who wants to do practical, honest therapy in a welcoming, community-based practice. We have strong demand for services and are looking for someone ready to help us serve more people in the Wisconsin Rapids area.

We work with children, teens, and adults in person and through telehealth. Our approach is direct, evidence-based, inclusive, and grounded in real life. We’re LGBTQ+ affirming, and we believe therapy can be both serious work and a place where people feel comfortable being themselves.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, keeps up with documentation, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You’ll have room to build a caseload around your clinical interests and availability.

We provide office space, scheduling and billing support, and referrals. For LPC-ITs, the position includes weekly individual supervision and weekly group supervision for case consultation, collaboration, and continued learning. For LPCs, we handle the work of getting you credentialed with insurance plans. Part-time and full-time schedules are welcome.

Compensation: This is a W-2 position paid as a percentage of collected revenue from completed sessions. The split differs for LPC-ITs and LPCs. LPCs begin at a probationary split while we cover insurance credentialing costs, with an increase after the probationary period. We’ll discuss the specific terms during the interview process.
