Responsible for housing development and community living skill instruction in support of individuals with disabilities. Observes individual community living abilities and assists in planning for individuals seeking community living. Works with referral agencies on behalf of Participants to find housing or develop community living skills for people with disabilities or other barriers to living as independently as possible.
Typical work day is 8 hours Monday- Friday 8-5pm however we do work around the needs of our participants so some evenings and weekends maybe required.
This is a hybrid position working in the community and remotely.
Travel is required.
