DISCUSSION TOPIC
Perspectives on Leveraging Generational Differences in the Workplace to Build a Health Culture
Today’s workforce spans multiple generations, each shaped by different expectations around communication, feedback, career development, workplace flexibility, well-being, and purpose. For organizational leaders, those differences can either create friction or become a strategic advantage. This session will explore how organizations can use generational diversity to strengthen culture, improve leadership effectiveness, and build healthier workplaces.
Drawing from executive leadership, team management, client-facing experience, and a culture-driven operating model, Jason Deitz will share practical ways to align people practices with organizational values, improve communication across generations, and create an environment where associates can grow, contribute, and stay engaged. Attendees will leave with tangible ideas for leadership development, culture-building, and healthier organizational habits.
